Larry was born and educated in northeast Ohio, where he owned and operated two Century 21 real estate offices. He then spent 15 years in North Carolina, serving as the President and Senior Vice President of two of the largest home building and real estate companies in the Research Triangle area, and as a partner in a custom home building company. Larry relocated to Hilton Head in 1995 and served as Vice President of Sales for a home building and real estate company before joining the sales team for Belfair and Berkeley Hall in June of 2000. In 1986, Larry earned the MIRM designation, the equivalent of a degree in new home marketing.
